Why Cleanse?

“True health is self-made”.

Have you heard that before?   Can we personally affect our health, or is a pill our only option for allergies or infertility?

I’m going to challenge the status quo, and ask, “What if it’s not our only option after all?”

Don’t get me wrong, doctors are an asset and the medical field is much needed. If you are in a car wreck, you need a hospital. If your little one breaks a bone, you need a doctor. And there are certainly medications out there that are absolutely necessary. Doctors are a blessing. And so are alternative options, whenever possible.

What does Dr. Leanne Dearduff, author of Inner Transformations Using Essential Oils, mean by “self-made”?  True health begins from the inside out.   Because we are perfectly made, we have the potential to run at full capacity.

The big question is, How?

It takes work.  Work that I see as an investment in your health (and so well worth it!)  What we eat, what we drink, what we think, and where we spend our time all determine our gauge of health.

Some of the main causes of disease and dysfunction are the result the multitude of toxins and waste that have accumulated in our bodies and therefore prevent it from working properly.   As a result, elimination and cleansing become extremely important for people that desire good health.

A toxic body combined with poor nutrition can lead to such illnesses as allergies, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and infertility to name a few.

Right now it is allergy season in full force. Did you know that one of the best ways to begin fixing allergy problems is to do a colon and liver cleanse? As much as 90% of allergies will clear up with a colon and liver cleanse!

Cleansing does not need to be an awful process. With clean water, the proper cleansing foods, and daily supplements, cleansing can be the key to optimal health.  Essential oils can be a key asset in cleansing, because they offer perfect support for each organ.   I am about to embark on this cleansing journey and would love to share it with you.

Where do we start?  The first step is cleansing with the colon in the fall season.  Stay tuned!

Here is to better health!
